We begin with a private consultation at your home, your hotel, or our studio. We walk the site, listen carefully, and review your insurance position with absolute candor. In this step, You have a written brief, a transparent fee proposal, and a clear answer to the question: is this the right fit?

Architecture, interiors, landscape and lighting are designed in concert — never in sequence. You review every drawing, every material, every fixture before we move a single stone. We do not break ground until you have signed off on the home as a whole.

Construction is led on-site by a single principal supported by your dedicated project lead. You receive a written report every week and a walkthrough every other week. Cost and schedule are tracked openly in a shared dashboard you can access at any hour.

We build your home as if it were our own. On move-in day you receive a house book — every spec, every supplier, every craftsman — alongside a one-year care program with our team on call.
